We have picked our autumn essentials, from the perfect scarf for travel to that teapot that makes every morning magical. Find your favorites down below.
Autumn is here with its crisp mornings, rainy days and dark evenings. Now more than ever do we seem to want to refresh and update everything in our lives. Making our homes cozier, getting our health in check and hosting those dinner parties we’ve talked about all year.

Nicole Kavander: My travel essentials
I spend a slightly ridiculous amount of time living out of a suitcase, so I’ve become very particular about what earns a permanent place in it. My travel essentials are the things that make long flights, unfamiliar hotel rooms and constantly changing climates feel a little more comfortable. For autumn especially, I gravitate towards things that are practical but still make travelling feel like a small luxury.
Mesoestetic Antiaging Flash Ampoules
These are my secret weapon after a long journey, or before dinner when my skin needs to look alive again, fast. The little ampoules give my skin that immediate rested, luminous look I’m always chasing and are perfect under makeup when jet lag has other plans. I always travel with a few because they take up virtually no space.
Augustinus Bader The Eye Patches
I’m absolutely the person doing skincare at 35,000 feet. These are brilliant after an early flight or before heading straight from the hotel to dinner, when the under-eye area needs a little extra help. They’ve become one of those small travel luxuries that make me feel considerably more put together than I actually am.
Aesop Ginger Flight Therapy
This tiny roll-on has earned permanent residency in my hand luggage. I use it on my wrists and temples when I’m tired or slightly frazzled in transit, and the scent has become one of those little travel rituals I genuinely look forward to. It’s also tiny enough to bring everywhere, which obviously helps.
My Happy Head Lion’s Mane Gummies
Travel can be exhausting, and for me that often means fatigue, brain fog and, when my fibromyalgia is flaring, more pain than usual. These have become a little part of my routine on long travel days when I want to feel sharper and more like myself. I also love that they’re gummies, which makes them infinitely easier to remember than yet another supplement bottle.
Balmuir Helsinki Cashmere Scarf
This scarf has been on an embarrassing number of flights with me. It’s soft and warm without feeling bulky, so I use it as everything from an actual scarf to an extra blanket when the cabin

Amanda Duverell: My cooking & hosting cravings.
Autumn is my favourite time of year! I love cooking with seasonal ingredients, creating a cosy atmosphere and finding those little details that make everyday meals feel more special. I spend more time in the kitchen, slow-cooking and creating dishes that require minimal effort but deliver maximum flavour.
Highball glasses, Singular Society
These glasses are perfect for everything from seasonal cocktails to sparkling water. I’m obsessed with ultra thin glasses, as it elevates the drinking experience.
Cookbook, Vardag by Tommy Myllimäki
A cookbook full of simple, flavourful recipes with a twist, perfect for finding inspiration for seasonal dinners and everyday meals worth sharing.
Chanterelles
Chanterelle season is far too short so I make the most of it while it lasts. Although you can get creative with them, I’ll always come back to a classic chanterelle toast, because why mess with a classic.
Salt & Pepper grinder, Firm Living
I love pieces that are as practical as they are beautiful, it adds something extra to the dinner table, these in dark brown feels especially fitting for an autumn table.
Autumn is the perfect time for slow-cooking. Stews, hearty soups and comforting one-pot dishes. This is a true kitchen classic that will last for years.

Emma Unckel: My wellness favourites
From a soft merino layer for cooler days to the little rituals that help me feel good from the inside out. These are the wellness favourites I’m bringing into autumn.
As the days get colder and life gets busier, I’m drawn to small routines that make me feel more comfortable, cared for and ready to take on the day. These are a few things I’ve been reaching for lately.
Röhnisch, Knitted Merino Wrap Top
The softest merino layer for movement when the weather turns colder. I love the wrap shape, and it’s just as lovely to throw on before and after a workout.
Flowlife, Flowpression Boots Pro+
The boots use rhythmic air compression, moving from the feet up through the legs to support circulation and recovery. Living with lipedema, I find them invaluable, and my son, who plays football, loves them after training too. A real investment for the whole family.
HEAT by Sophia Lie, Ionic Body Brush™
This dry brush has natural bristles and fine copper alloy bristles, designed to support lymphatic flow while exfoliating the skin. I brush for a few minutes before showering. My skin feels softer afterwards, and I love the warm, almost tingling feeling it leaves behind.
I like having these cherry gummies as part of my evening routine. They contain magnesium, glycine, L theanine, vitamin B6, zinc and botanical extracts, and make it feel a little easier to slow down and switch off. I also love that they’re actually enjoyable to take.
My rescue cream when the weather changes and my skin starts acting up. It gives dry, sensitive skin a comforting hit of moisture, and I reach for it whenever my skin feels tight, stressed or looks a little red.

Sanna Fischer Nordström: Coconing at home
Autumn, time to relax and make your space cozy, warm and welcome. For me that start with a new scent, flowers that change from week to week and a good read in front of the fireplace.
This fall I will drink my tea in front of the fireplace in my new teapot by David Meller
I would love for this Pavot Centerpiece to enter my home this fall
Marihuana candle green medium, LOEWE Perfumes
This scented candle with marihuanaessens will bring the perfect mix of wood and fresh air
I am looking forward to fill this vase with colorful autumn flowers
Comporta Bliss, coffetable book
I love to add a new book to my collection of Assouline inspirational books. This time Comporta, which is one of the most inspiring places in Europe I visited, is on my radar.
